F.A.Q.
What does "small-group" training look like?
Each athlete follows their own individualized program while training alongside a small group. You get coaching attention on your plan plus the competition and energy of training with other athletes.
How often should my athlete train?
We offer 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 sessions per week. We'll recommend a frequency at the free assessment based on the athlete's season, schedule and goals.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on how often your athlete trains. We go over all the options at the free assessment, with no commitment.
How is this different from team practice?
Team practice focuses on tactics and teamwork. Sports performance training focuses on individual athletic development: speed, strength, agility and injury prevention. They work together to build a complete athlete.
What sports do you work with?
All sports. We've trained baseball, football, softball and hockey players, and even a collegiate swimmer, from youth athletes up to college and pro.
Is this safe for younger athletes?
Yes. Our certified coaches emphasize proper movement patterns and gradual progression, building strength safely and creating a foundation for long-term athletic success.
How do I know it's working?
We measure everything. Sprint speed, jump height and strength are tested and tracked, so you'll have objective data showing your athlete's progress.
